| Minutes of Meeting | 1. An urgent meeting was called for the support of Flood affected people through District. It was decided that every Rotarian will donate minimum 1000 rs. 2. Information about Global grant project i.e. building toilets in Hanumannagar Slum. The need base survey report was given by Rtn. Navnath Gore and it is decided the technical survey will be done by Rtn. Sunil Dhage and Rtn. Pramod Khangal with the help of local volunteers 3. Ordering pins from the vendor. It is decided to order pins costs Rs. 16300/- |
