| Minutes of Meeting | Weekly Meeting REPORT Weekly Meeting No : WK/2024-25/001 Date : 03.07.2024 Time : 9 pm to 10 pm 1ST Weekly meeting for RY 2024-25 was conducted on 03.07.2024 at Emanuel Hal Mission Hospital Daund from 8 pm onwards. Fellowship was given followed by the meeting. Meeting was conducted as per Agenda and the minutes of meeting are as under :- 1. President Rtn Dipak Sonawane welcomed all the Rotarians, Anns, Annets and invited Guests CA Dipika Shah madam and CA Ishan Nayyar Sir. 2. Four way test was performed. 3. Homage to Late Rohidas Shelar – father of Rtn Changdeo shelar was paid off by keeping 1 minute silence. 4. President appraised the fellows about the Chatra Chaya project and Project to be done during this month – Maternal Health and Child care. Accordingly President appealed to all fellows to come and participate in both the above projects. 5. President welcomed the newly joined Rotarians Savita Palsande and Ganesh Hake. 6. RC Daund was awarded with Membership awards and Certificates for RY 2023-24. Membership Director RY 2023-24 Rtn Pradnya and IPP Rtn Savita Bhor madam were handed over the Momento and Certificate. 7. Rotaract Club of Daund College performed exceptionally Excellent in RIY 2023-24 and hence they were awared with Momentos and certificates. Accordingly IPP Rtr Prajwal and Rtr Hemangi were felicitated and these awards and certificates were handed over to them. 8. Secretarial announcements were done by Sec, Rtn Deepak Shasam. a. Anniversary of Rtn Pradnya and Ann Mahesh Rajyopadhye was celebrated and they were felicitated and wishes were given to them. Both of them donated Rs.500 in the BOX for cause of Rotary. b. DG Rtn Shital Shah installation on 7.7.2024 in Pune was informed to all fellows and asked to to come for the installation programme. 9. Guest Speaker CA Dipika Shah was introduced by Rtn Pradnya. 10. CA Dipika Shah appraised all the members regarding how to plan your investments. Grow your investments by investing atleast 30% of you r income and then spend. Also appraised about tax benefits. 11. Guest Speaker CA Ishan Nayyar was introduced by Rtn Sanjay Ingale. 12. CA Ishan Nayyar appraised the members about their investments and loans. Asked them to write down their Networth statement. Also informed about the tax saving plan with respect to New Regime and Old regime. 13. Rotary information was given by IPP Rtn Savita Bhor. 14. All the doctors and chartered accountants were felicitated by the Rotary club of Daund. 15. IPP Rtn Savita Bhor madam requested the fellow Rotarians to pay the yearly fees for RY 2024-25. Rtn Sanjay Ingale and Rtn Ganesh Bhosale were felicitated for making the RY 2024-25 fees before 30th Jun 24 (in advance). 16. Rotaract President Rtr Poornima informed about the project scheduled for date 6th Jul24 at SRPF Daund regarding Good touch and Bad touch. Request to join the activity to all the Rotarians. 17. Rtn Sanjay Ingale sir appraised about the EKANKIA Competition conducted by RC Shivajinagar and appealed RC Daund to participate in this competition. Also informed about the fees for participation. 18. Fellowship was given by Rtn Ganesh Bhosale and Rtn Pramod Pawar. Both were felicitated for their fellowship. 19.
