| Minutes of Meeting | Weekly Meeting REPORT Weekly Meeting No : WK/2024-25/002 Date : 12.07.2024 Time : 9 pm to 10 pm 2ND Weekly meeting for RY 2024-25 was conducted on 12.07.2024 at Emanuel Hal Mission Hospital Daund from 8 pm onwards. Fellowship was given followed by the meeting. Meeting was conducted as per Agenda and the minutes of meeting are as under :- 1. President Rtn Dipak Sonawane welcomed all the Rotarians, Anns, Annets. 2. The invited Guests were not able to come due unforeseen reasons. 3. President appraised the fellows about the Chatra Chaya project and distribution of Chatrachaya Umbrella will be done on 15th Jul and 19th Jul. Also the Chtrachaya Umbrella was shown to all the present members. 4. President informed the members about activity of Health check up camp for warkaris to be taken on occasion of Ashadi Ekadashi. Details planning to be done. This activity is to be done on 17th Jul24 at Vitthal Mandir Daund. 5. Maternal Health and Child care. It was appealed to fellow members to donate new unused sarees so that it can be given to the mother’s alongwith Baby care kit. Rtn Payal Bhandari madam yesterday donated 11 sarees. It was urged that these sarees to be collected in next 2-3 days so that the project can be done on 22 jul 24. 6. Rtn Sanjay Ingale appraised the members about the Postal savings scheme and investment schemes to secure the financial future of individuals with tax benefits. 7. Rtn Pradnya appraised the members about her experience at the DG installation function on 7.7.2024. 8. Rtn Tasneem – Youth director appraised aout the installation done of Interact club at Blossom school. Also the paper bag making competition taken in 5 schools was informed by her. Award committee to visit the schools at declare the winners. 9. Secretarial announcements were done by Sec, Rtn Deepak Shasam. a. Anniversary of Rtn Pradnya and Ann Mahesh Rajyopadhye – Wishes card with photograph was handed over to hthe couple. b. Anniversary wishes to Rtn Dr Rohan and Rtn Dr Sampada were given. c. Birthday cleberation of Ann Malhar Dahale, Ann Aishwarya Waghmare, Ann Pavitra Kalpnur, Ann Narayani Vinke and Ann Dewarsh Dawra was done. Ann Dewarsh and Ann Aishwarya were felicitated with Birthday card. d. District Awards meet on 28th jul – Members were requested to register for the function at the earliest and give the confirmation at the earliest for better arrangements. e. All the members were urged to make the membership payment ONLINE mode to the bank account. QR code was displayed at the venue and also QR code copy to be sent. All members were told to make the transfer from Nationalised bank and through savings account. Members were asked to deposit Rs.15500/- and for couples Rs.26000/-. 10. Fellowship was given by Rtn Vijay Dawara. He was felicitated for their fellowship. 11. Rtn Anand Vinke did the vote of thanks. Meeting was adjourned by the President |
