| Minutes of Meeting | Weekly Meeting No : WK/2024-25/003 Date : 19.07.2024 Time : 9 pm to 10 pm 3rd Weekly meeting for RY 2024-25 was conducted on 19.07.2024 at Emanuel Hal Mission Hospital Daund from 8 pm onwards. Fellowship was given followed by the meeting. Meeting was conducted as per Agenda and the minutes of meeting are as under :- 1. President Rtn Dipak Sonawane welcomed all the Rotarians, Anns, Annets. 2. The invited Guest Prof Dr More madam – renowned historian was the Chief Guest on the day. Prod Dr More madam, gave speech on the celebration of Gurupurnima day. Its importance, its historical importance and way to express gratitude to the GURU in your life. 3. President informed about the Chatra Chaya project and distribution of Chatrachaya Umbrella to around 10 beneficiaries. 4. President informed about activity of Health check up camp for warkaris taken on occasion of Ashadi Ekadashi on 17th Jul24 at Vitthal Mandir Daund. Total 550+ benefcciaries were imacpted. 5. Maternal Health and Child care. It was appealed to fellow members to donate new unused sarees so that it can be given to the mother’s alongwith Baby care kit. Total 16 sarees collected. It was urged that these sarees to be collected in next 2-3 days so that the project can be done on 22 jul 24. 6. Secretarial announcements were done by Sec, Rtn Deepak Shasam. a. Anniversary of Rtn Mrs and Mr Abhishek Gaiwad. b. Birthday celebration of Ann Shrawan Date, Ann Dudhat, Ann,. c. District Awards meet on 28th jul – Members were requested to register for the function at the earliest and give the confirmation at the earliest for better arrangements. d. All the members were urged to make the membership payment ONLINE mode to the bank account. QR code was displayed at the venue and also QR code copy to be sent. All members were told to make the transfer from Nationalised bank and through savings account. Members were asked to deposit Rs.15500/- and for couples Rs.26000/-. 7. On occasion of world EMOJI day, Rotaract Ckub of Daund conducted various fun games to al the present members by displaying the EMOJI and to identify the song or movie. President Rtr Purnima informed about the importance of the EMOJI in digital world. Rotract Club IPP Rtr Prajwal, Rtr Hemlata, Rtr Prem, Rtr Hemangi and other rotractors were present. 8. Fellowship was given by Rtn Dipak Sonawane and Rtn Deepak Shasam 9. Rtn Seema Ghadge did the vote of thanks. |
