| Minutes of Meeting | Weekly Meeting REPORT Weekly Meeting No : WK/2024-25/004 Date : 09.08.2024 Time : 9 pm to 10 pm 4TH Weekly meeting for RY 2024-25 was conducted on 09.08.2024 at Emanuel Hal Mission Hospital Daund from 8 pm onwards. Fellowship was given followed by the meeting. Meeting was conducted as per Agenda and the minutes of meeting are as under :- 1. President Rtn Dipak Sonawane welcomed all the Rotarians, Anns, Annets. On occasion of August Kranti diwas and Kargill Vijay Diwas, ex army personnel were called as Chef Guest 2. The invited Guest Nayak Suryakant Jadhav (Retd) Ex Army personnel was the Chief Guest on the day. Mr Jadhv shared about the thrilling experience of his service and special Opertaion Vijay (Kargil) war. 3. President informed about the projects done during the week. 4. Maternal Health and Child care. It was appealed to fellow members to donate new unused sarees so that it can be given to the mother’s alongwith Baby care kit. Total 16 sarees collected.Distribution planned in last week f Aug24 5. Since Aug24 is membership month, new Members induction was planned to be done. 6. Secretarial announcements were done by Sec, Rtn Deepak Shasam. a. Anniversary of Rtn Mrs and Mr Anand Vinke. b. Birthday celebration of Ann Sakshi Sonawane, Aryan Bhagwat, Rtn Dipak Sonawane c. District Awards meet on 28th jul – Members were requested to register for the function at the earliest and give the confirmation at the earliest for better arrangements. d. District Membership Awards function registration to be done e. Tree planation drive for Zone 3 at Bhuleshwar to be done. f. All the members were urged to make the membership payment ONLINE mode to the bank account. QR code was displayed at the venue and also QR code copy to be sent. All members were told to make the transfer from Nationalised bank and through savings account. Members were asked to deposit Rs.15500/- and for couples Rs.26000/-. Meeting was adjourned by the President. |
